Namun, menurut dokter spesialis paru di RSU Unmuh Jember, dr. Wahyu Agung Purnomo, puasa sebenarnya bukan penghalang untuk tetap berolahraga, asalkan dilakukan dengan cara yang tepat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selama berpuasa, tubuh mengalami penurunan kadar glukosa yang merupakan sumber energi utama. Padahal, olahraga juga membutuhkan energi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk itu, Wahyu menyarankan agar olahraga saat puasa mengikuti prinsip 3t, yakni Type atau jenis olahraga, kemudian Timing atau waktu berolahraga dan Term and condition atau syarat dan ketentuan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lebih lanjut, dia menyarankan memilih jenis olahraga dengan intensitas ringan hingga sedang, seperti jalan kaki, bersepeda, atau yoga.&nbsp; Kemudian untuk waktu berolahraga sebaiknya dilakukan pagi hari setelah sahur atau sore menjelang berbuka.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk olahraga berat, sebaiknya dilakukan minimal 2 jam setelah berbuka, agar tubuh sudah mendapatkan energi dari makanan. Jika memiliki kondisi kesehatan tertentu, disarankan untuk berkonsultasi dengan dokter sebelum berolahraga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain memperhatikan waktu olahraga, Wahyu juga mengingatkan pentingnya menjaga asupan cairan dan nutrisi selama puasa. Karena tubuh hanya mendapat cairan saat berbuka dan sahur, sehingga risiko dehidrasi meningkat.
