Kegiatan ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan mutu produk, menjamin keamanan pangan, sekaligus memperkuat daya saing hasil perikanan lokal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bimbingan teknis diikuti pelaku usaha pemindangan dan pengasapan ikan. Mereka mendapatkan materi tentang Cara Pengolahan Ikan yang Baik (CPIB), termasuk penerapan standar sanitasi dan higiene dalam proses produksi. Selain itu, peserta juga memperoleh penjelasan mengenai tahapan dan persyaratan memperoleh Sertifikat Kelayakan Pengolahan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kepala Seksi Pengembangan Produk UPT PMP2KP Banyuwangi, Tita Sulistyawati, menjelaskan, sertifikat tersebut menjadi bukti bahwa proses pengolahan hasil perikanan telah memenuhi standar keamanan dan mutu.
